What does Riccione offer more than other Romagna seafronts?
Perhaps the first thing to mention is the Pedestrian Island of Viale Ceccarini, the constant miracle that is the “living area” at the Centre of Riccione where is not uncommon to see famous people attracted, like us all, by the allure of the all-night shops, the open-air cafés and the multi-coloured landscape that stretches out to sea.
Talking about the sea, the “Green Pearl” boasts one of the eight blue flags in Romagna, although the beach offers that extra something: many sports facilities for people who enjoy practising sports while on holiday. Various sports events are also held that draw champions and fans from all over the world. The beach life continues into the night; many young people meet at the various venues on the beach for an aperitif or to enjoy a fun-filled evening to the beat of music.
The night-life in the centre is equally as fun as that in the most famous venues in the region and is almost without doubt much safer; there are also countless special events at night held on the private beaches at the centre of Riccione. The Suite Hotel Maestrale of Riccione, an elegant 4-star hotel 30 m from its own private beach, is a few paces from Viale Ceccarini, Viale Dante and the Palacongressi conference centre. The Suite Hotel Maestrale is at the heart of it all, while also being a haven of peace and tranquillity as it is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful area.
